Post-Production


Innerstasis is finally complete! The entire team really hustled at the end to be able to add in a ton of new content into the game. Having finally came to place where the team is satisfied with the project, even with all of the scoping down we did wherever necessary, the team is taking a much needed break and celebrating this milestone. Most of our post-production activities included meeting and discussing how the team felt the project went overall, and doing a post-mortem team briefing. 

This has been really helpful in establishing moments where things went wrong, where they went right, and overall improvements everyone can make moving forward. An open discussion like this was a great opportunity to shout out members who went above and beyond, and celebrate the successes the team had, as well as discuss problem areas that the team could work on. Overall I am very happy and proud of what our team has managed to create, and am looking forward to a short break!
