Dev Log 3


This past week the team for our project within Gamification began assembling a schedule for all the work we plan to complete within the development of the project.

One of the major challenges with scheduling is trying to dismantle the scope of the project into smaller more manageable pieces, while also anticipating any potential roadblocks or major exterior factors such as potential school projects that could change the scheduled work for that week. Scheduling and being able to anticipate the velocity output of the team without prior reference is a challenge, but not an unwelcome one. With the most major challenge continuing to be the difficultly of trying to anticipate all the potential roadblocks in the future semester, our team is planning to schedule a few weeks within the project as buffer to try and mitigate future unforeseen problems that could arise.

The overall process has been both a welcome and needed exercise, while also proving to be a new sort of challenge.
